Our Role:
Steller Group worked in conjunction with Intermain to undertake the structural and carpentry works at the Goodman Headquarters in Rosebery. Steller’s package was circa $800k and the entire project was circa $17 Million. We worked closely with Intermain to bring Goodman’s vision to light, being a very modern and forward thinking build on a heritage property. We worked tirelessly to ensure the build was within budget, and completed within the tight timeframe of three months. There were no call backs for even a single defect in our work.
