RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

Steller Group worked with Moma architects on a new build project in Chifley in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The client required extensive guidance on the planning process and Steller Group worked closely with Moma architects to execute the delivery of the project with the precision to realise the client’s expectations for their dream home.

RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION

MAROUBRA RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION

Our role:

Steller Group worked together with Ellie and Ian on their house renovation in Maroubra in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. This project was undertaken in stages to accommodate the client’s budget and due to the fact that they continued to live on-site during the build. Steller Group ensured each stage was extremely time efficient, which required careful coordination of trades, to make sure that the clients were minimally affected. The client’s vision for a modern high-end kitchen, refurbished pool and entertaining area, as well as refurbished modern bathrooms, increased the value of this untouched residence and satisfied the client’s brief. The project was circa $230k all stages combined.

FRENCH FOREST RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION AND EXTENSION

Our Role:

Steller Group undertook a residential renovation in Frenchs Forest with a budget of $430k. Matt and Amy had a vision of increasing the ground level at the rear of their house to create a stunning kitchen and a new modern entertaining area. The clients were hesitant to start the project after having previously had a negative experience with a builder, and needed a transparent and honest approach to help them feel secure and confident in the process. Steller Group provided this security via an extensive consultative process and, upon completion, the clients were satisfied and happy to see the job was completed to an impeccable standard, on- time, safely and to budget.

THE RANDWICK PROJECT (In progress)

Our Role:

Steller Group worked with CTP Design on this Randwick project. This project was circa $400k and featured a complete renovation of a heritage semi-detached residence and an extension. The client required extensive guidance on how to best modernise and create a more open internal and flowing internal spaces in the residence, introducing more natural light and practicality. We worked closely with Ciara to meet our clients wishes and budget, and brought their vision to life. Our client, a newly retired mother with no previous knowledge of the construction process, was extremely satisfied with the guidance and honesty provided.

THE BOOKHOUSE

Carpentry sub-contract for a construction company

Our role:

Steller Group were subcontracted under Evolve Building Group to complete the carpentry works on their project, The Bookhouse. This project was circa $3 Million. Our carpenters delivered their Scope Of Works within budget and worked efficiently to get the project completed as soon as possible. We worked closely with the foreman on-site and their coordination of trades to keep the flow of the project progressing rapidly.

COMMERCIAL CARPENTRY

GOODMAN HEAD OFFICE ROSEBERRY

Our Role:

 Steller Group worked in conjunction with Intermain to undertake the structural and carpentry works at the Goodman Headquarters in Rosebery. Steller’s package was circa $800k and the entire project was circa $17 Million. We worked closely with Intermain to bring Goodma’s vision to light, being a very modern and forward thinking build on a heritage property. We worked tirelessly to ensure the build was within budget, and completed within the tight timeframe of three months. There were no call backs for even a single defect in our work.

INTERMAIN HEADQUARTERS ALEXANDRIA

Budget:

Circa $330K

Our role:

Steller Group has worked closely with Intermain on a wide range of commercial projects ranging from small to large, all across Sydney. We have recently focused on the Intermain Headquarters in Alexandria. This project is circa $230k in structural carpentry works and second fix detailed carpentry. We have worked closely with Intermain throughout the entire project to ensure the flow of trades has been seamless and especially through COVID-19 lockdowns, that the project is progressing according to schedule as best as possible and in the safest manner possible. Intermain had a very particular vision that involved the construction of complex structural curved walls that Steller Group worked hard to execute perfectly.
